Tanjiro Kamado (竈門 炭治郎) is from the manga/anime of Demon Slayer and is the first character in the Demon Slayer roster and also one of the 9 starter characters in ABA.

Tanjiro Kamado (Kamado Tanjirō^?) is the main protagonist of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. He is a Demon Slayer in the Demon Slayer Corps, who joined to find a remedy to turn his sister, Nezuko Kamado, back into a human.

Hinokami Kagura (Transformation)

Breath of the Sun - Tanjiro uses the Dance of the Fire God (Hinokami Kagura), passed down from his father, giving him access to Sun Breathing.

Trivia

• At the time of his release, Tanjiro's entire awakening moveset was taken from the manga, as none of the Hinokami Kagura moves besides Dance (different from Flame Dance) were animated at that point.
• With this, Tanjiro was 4th character to be moved out of MISC roster and have his own roster. With 1st one to be moved out being Yusuke Urameshi, where he was then moved to the Yu Yu Hakusho roster, then the 2nd was Satoru Gojo, where he was then moved to the JuJutsu Kaisen roster. And Kirito being 3rd character to be moved out of MISC to SAO roaster.
• Tanjiro’s old bio was, "The only demon slayer character in ABA".
• For an unknown reason, Tanjiro's Whirlpool does about 24 damage, but only fills about 1/3 of 1 awakening bar.
• Most of Hinokami Kagura's techniques seems to be portrayed incorrectly in ABA due to them being manga-territory attacks.
  • Flame Dance is actually a double strike where Tanjiro slashes downward and then he spins his body in a 360° motion to deliver a horizontal slash.
  • Beneficent Radiance is somewhat correctly portrayed, though in some panels of the manga, it can be used to go forward instead of rising up into the air.
  • Solar Heat Haze is a singular slash that acts like a feint, making it seemingly the user missed but they actually hit their opponent.
  • Clear Blue Sky is just a 360° horizontal slash, the one in ABA seems to resemble Fire Wheel.
