Monkey D. Luffy (Post-Timeskip), also known as TS Luffy, is the 6th character on the One Piece roster.
After being seperated from his crew by Bartholomew Kuma and during the Post-War Arc, Luffy trained on Ruskaina, an island on the Calm Bet, with Silvers Rayleigh. There, he further developed his Gears and Haki, thus developing Gear Fourth and becoming proficient in all 3 types of Haki, Haoshoku Haki (or Conquerer's Haki) especially. He reunites with his crew 2 years later on Sabaody Archipelago.
Following the Dressrosa Arc and Whole Cake Island Arc, Luffy has become an immensely powerful pirate, so much so to have his bounty raised to 1.5 billion Berries. A member of the Worst Generation like Roronoa Zoro (Post-Timeskip), Vinsmoke Sanji (Post-Timeskip), Law and Kid. he plans on defeating all 4 Emperors of the Sea, including Shanks. He has teamed up with other powerful figures such as Trafalgar D. Water Law (Pre & Post-Timeskip) and Eustass Kid.
Buso Gatling: Luffy temporarily activates Gear 2, unleashing a barrage of punches that rapidly becomes opaque and more powerful as his Busoshoku (Armament) Haki bleeds into it.
Properties: Blockable | Damage: ~ 18 ( 0.5 - 1 per hit ) | Cooldown: 15 Seconds | Aggressive, Multi-Hit, Combo Starter, Combo Extender | Range: 1.5 Studs, Red Range | Melee
Red Hawk: Using Gear Second, Luffy stretches his arm back, covers it with Busoshoku Haki, ignites it on fire, then drives it straight into his target's gut, sending them into the air. This attack disables block if it is landed on a blocking entity for a moment.
Jet Pistol: Luffy activates Gear Second, uses Soru to get above the target, then stretches his arm and punches his opponent in a nigh-instantaneous fashion. This attack disables block if it is landed on a blocking entity for a moment.
Properties: Blockable | Damage: 20 | Cooldown: 12 Seconds | Aggressive, Auto-Aim, Slam Down, A.O.E., Combo Finisher [Combo Extender w/ Downslam and Space-holding]| Range: 5 Studs, Red Range | Melee
Grizzly Magnum: A stronger version of Gomu Gomu no Bazooka. Luffy coats his arms in Busoshoku Haki, uses Gear Third to blow air into his bones, stretches his massively enlarged fists back, and then he lets go of them, subsequently slamming into his opponent.
(Recommended to use Q [Dash] during the move to chase people who try to dash out of the way.)
Properties: Guardbreak | Damage: 25 | Cooldown: 10 Seconds | Aggressive, Knockback | Range: 5 Studs, Red Range | Melee
Gear Fourth: Snakeman (Transformation)[]
Gear Fourth: Snakeman - Luffy poses in the air and activates his Snakeman Variation of Gear 4th as steam surrounds his body. Revealing his arms & legs covered in Armament Hardening and his hair flaring up.
Jet Culverin: Luffy compresses his fist and releases it, he then changes the direction of his punch according to the actions of his opponent. His arm speeds up the more it stretches, hit them from behind (or from the front if far enough). This move can be blocked by turning around, and subsequently blocking.
Black Mamba: Luffy arches backward and compresses both arms before unleashing a conga of punches that faintly take shape of black snakes.
Note: Despite the leaderboard saying 78 damage, the move doesn't do that much.
Properties: Blockable | Damage: 58 (1.5 per hit) | Cooldown: 15 Seconds | Aggressive, Multi-Hit, Combo Extender | Range: 2.25 Studs, Red Range | Melee
King Cobra: Luffy compresses his arm, and as he releases it, instead of directly targeting his opponent, he first has his arm loop around himself, giving his attack additional acceleration, thus increasing its momentum.
4 M1s + Buso Gatling + 3 M1s + Uptilt + M1 + Red Hawk + Jet Pistol (Although, Jet Pistol wasn't shown this move should be used on real players, since they have more HP than dummies.)
Buso Gatling is one of the few high barrages in the game that doesn't knock back your opponent, use this to deal huge combo damage.
Jet Pistol is a very good way to counter characters with moves that have hyper armor or that they can't cancel out via mouse clicking.
Opponent trying to do any action (changing directions, using a move, trying to M1 you, about to kill you) - - > Jet Pistol
Jet Pistol sometimes can hit behind your block if you walk forward, so be careful.
You can do a ground Ladder with Red Hawk.
Trivia[]
In the roster menu, under Monkey D. Luffy's (Post-Timeskip) Moves section, Red Hawk is incorrectly named as 'Red Hawk Test'.
Buso Gatling was supposed to be named Hawk Gatling according to the moves description.
When Timeskip Luffy first came out, His Buso Gatling did 85 damage, making it the highest damaging barrage in the game at the time.
Monkey D. Luffy (Post-Timeskip) is one of the few characters who can dash before their awakening animation plays to be sent into a different direction while the animation starts.
