Kizaru is the 9th character in the One Piece Roster.
Borsalino, also known by his Marine alias Kizaru, is a Marine Admiral who possesses the Glint-Glint Fruit (Pika Pika no Mi) which allows him to turn himself into light and fire destructive beams.
He is a primary antagonist during the Marineford Arc, battling against Marco of the Whitebeard Pirates. He similarly acts as a secondary antagonist during the Sabaody Archipelago Arc, attacking several of the Super Rookies including the Straw Hat crew.

Trivia
- Kizaru's first bio was this. This was meant so people weren't confused and thought he was out.
- For an unknown reason, Kizaru's moves were rebind from: Yata Mirror, Lightspeed Kick, Kick Combo, Finger Laser ---> Yata Mirror, Kick Combo, Finger Laser, Lightspeed Kick.
- Kick Combo was permanently configured to be in it's guardbreak (air variant) at all times. This means you can't combo extend with it anymore.
- Yata Mirror is also the name of an Itachi Uchiha move.
- Kizaru (Borsalino) is the 3rd Logia user to be added in Anime Battle Arena, the first 2 being Ace and Akainu (Sakazuki).
- From his release until some point in March 2022, Kizaru's skins were glitched, and were unobtainable from chests.
